We want to treat them well, keep them loyal and, of course, expand their numbers. On the Dot’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) division, field staff and delivery agents ensure that subscribers receive superior service. This increases client loyalty and, in turn client retention.

Subscription Management delivers more than 105 000 newspapers daily, and up to 110 000 on weekends. This delivery network, which is focused on client service excellence, comprises 3 000 delivery agents and 850 organisers.
