"I love Mags" campaign to improve retail visibility

On the Dot recently launched its "I love Mags" campaign, aimed at improving service to retailers and readers. The campaign's posters will be used at all On the Dot promotional stands and will encourage retailers and readers to contact the Service Centre if they experience stock shortages or cannot find their favourite publication. The Service Centre will then investigate, take action and ensure that copies of the publication are delivered as soon as possible. They will also give feedback to the person who sent them the SMS in the first place. "The SMS line will especially help in stores where no merchandise teams are deployed. With the feedback from readers or retailers, we can now take immediate action and ensure that stock levels are maintained," says Ean Steenkamp, Marketing Manager. "It could also indicate other service delivery issues such as late deliveries."
